B Corp Certification
B Corp is a movement, a framework, a community, and a certification.
Certified B Corporations, or B Corps, are companies verified by B Lab to meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.
To certify, B Lab, a non profit organisation requires companies to complete a rigorous assessment process where they are evaluated on their performance across five areas:
Governance
Workers
Community
Environment
Customers
Achieving 80 points on the B Corp Impact Assessment (BIA) is the threshold for eligibility for B Corp certification, but reaching that score does not automatically guarantee certification, with most companies scoring around the 50 point mark when they begin their journey.
That’s where we come in. After the initial assessment to gauge your starting point, we can begin supporting you from day 1 to identify those quick wins vs bigger projects. We do this by:
-
Establishing a clear vision of what you’re trying to achieve and more importantly, why
-
Providing a structured process, with clarity and direction for everyone involved with a clearly defined delivery model.
-
Guiding your team through the requirements with check-ins, monthly reports & temperature checks so you can focus on what you do best.
As every company is different, we offer a variety of support, from minimal to extensive depending on your internal team’s capacity. After an initial consultation, we can advise what level of service we think is best suited to enable you to be in the best position to achieve certification.
Our Support Packages
On completion of the familiarisation call, we can arrange the first look at the Assessment.
This requires a minimal initial cost to determine your current score and to set the scope of the project at hand. It also allows you to decide if you want to proceed based on the findings, without tying you to a long term contract.
-
Minimal upfront cost of £300 + VAT (deducted from your first month if you decide to continue on your B Corp journey)
-
Rolling 6 month retainer (with one month notice period)
-
Flexibility to upscale as required
-
Ability to pause your contract when your submission enters the queue and you cannot progress further
-
Discounted recertification package
Please note: B Lab has introduced new pricing to keep up with the growing demand and momentum of the movement while maintaining the rigour of its verification process and evolving standards.

Why Us?
My name is Naomi, and I am the founder of Dextra Assist. In 2020, whilst the world around me was changing and adapting, it inspired me, whether you were attending zoom events or learning how to bake everyone adapted.
During those initial months my family circumstances changed as my mum was diagnosed with Kidney failure. I knew that I needed to have more flexibility and time to assist my family. However, I did still have to make a living.
As we watched the entire world move their businesses online due to Covid 19, I wanted to create a company that embraced the desire of a more balanced, healthy & sustainable way of flexible working. We’ve done this by transforming how businesses operate and specifically how women can contribute their expertise and previous work experience whilst allowing time for the things and people they love.
Our innovative approach allows skilled professionals to offer their talents flexibly, empowering women to balance their careers with their personal lives seamlessly. By being fully remote, we are also reducing our carbon footprint, contributing to a more sustainable future.
By providing a team of virtual assistants, online business managers, and strategy consultants tailored to meet the needs of business owners, we allow access to a diverse pool of experts without the stress, overheads and commitments of traditional employment.
Our goal is to empower local businesses to use their business as a force for good by becoming B Corporation Certified. B Corps are rising, having tripled in the last 5 years however only 1 in 3 businesses certify due to the challenging and lengthy process.
We want to show you that with our support you too can contribute to a more sustainable future and make a positive impact sooner rather than later.
